General Anesthesiologist opening in Colorado Springs, COFull-time; PermanentHospital-EmployedLevel I Trauma Center Overview: Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) General Anesthesiologist. Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists. Practice across: Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center and Outpatient Surgery Center Diverse and high-acuity case mix including: Trauma, Obstetrics, Major spine, General surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, Urology and GI procedures Inpatient and outpatient anesthesia coverage. Shared, manageable call rotation. Leadership and teaching opportunities optional. Physician-led, mission-driven health system. No locums or locums-to-perm. Visa sponsorship not available. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $469,000 - $520,000. $20,000 starting bonus. Quality incentive bonus up to $30,000 annually. Additional income through extra shift availability. Relocation assistance (if applicable). Paid malpractice coverage. Flexible FTE options. Up to 16 weeks vacation depending on FTE structure. 8 weeks vacation annually (standard FTE).
