About the Position The company is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up retail construction projects in the $30M–$40M range . This role is based in Birmingham, Alabama , and will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for project documentation, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery . While the role is office-based in Birmingham, occasional travel for site visits will be required.
