This is a premium "guaranteed hours" role designed for our most reliable team members. You get the stability of a 30-hour paycheck every weekeven if you aren't assigned a shift. Expectations: You must remain available and ready to respond during your scheduled hours. In exchange, we provide a steady paycheck, paid training, and a supportive team that has your back 24/7. What You'll Do: Stay available and ready to accept client assignments during guaranteed hours Render compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping) Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies Communicate clearly with the office about schedule, availability, and any client updates Adapt to working with different clients and adjusting to changing needs Who We're Looking For: Experience: 1+ year professional caregiving (Alzheimer's/Dementia experience preferred). Mobility: Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle (must be willing to travel up to 20 miles).
