Logistics Associate

Logistics Associate Job Category: Shipping / Receiving Location: Teknor Apex | MA Plant, 31 Fuller Street, Leominster, MA 01453, USA Join the team behind our custom compounds. Responsibilities include operating forklift safely and securely to move goods, pallets and equipment, loading and unloading pallets from trucks and storage areas to warehouse, verifying loads are secure and undamaged, maintaining a clean, neat and safe work area, and knowing and following department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and others as required. Requirements and skills include the ability to read and comprehend English, basic math skills, proven experience as a forklift operator, attention to detail, good communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high school diploma or GED. Essential physical requirements include the ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards, ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, ability to stand for long periods of time, squat, bend, twist and turn as needed to perform the job, and must possess good manual and mechanical dexterity to perform job duties.
