Position Summary The Project Manager works closely with department leaders, clients, and contractor partners to ensure the effective, timely, and professional execution of low-voltage systems projects. This role represents Axseter Systems’ products and services with a high level of professionalism and supports all phases of the sales, design, and delivery process. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems—including voice/data cabling, access control, video surveillance, and audio-visual solutions—and excels at communication, organization, and problem-solving. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, end users, and project teams. Communicate effectively with customers and contractor partners. Project Planning & Execution: Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting. Ensure projects progress on time, within scope, and within budget. Resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle. Technical & Design Responsibilities: Design layouts and determine components for low-voltage systems. Prepare proposals and installation plans. Coordinate material and labor logistics. Internal Collaboration: Work with internal operations to meet customer timelines. Support project handoff and completion. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Experience in low-voltage system management or installation (data cabling, video surveillance, access control). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check required for Illinois PERC. Preferred Qualifications RCDD or PMP certification. Bachelor’s degree. xywuqvp 3+ years managing low-voltage projects.
