Building energy management systems checking of mapped points Minor weekday maintenance emergencies Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Abiltiy to work in a "team environment" with others Posses excellent work ethics in order to provide safe and secure facilities for students and staff Must have sufficient physical abilities to lift, bend, stoop, and climb to complete all duties as assigned Other duties as assigned Please refer to the attached job description Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Valid Illinois Drivers License High School Diploma or equivalent Pass a Criminal Justice Fingerprint / Background Check Provide a certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider Knowledge of Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Boilers, Refrigeration & Carpentry desireable Application procedures: Apply online Attachment(s): Maintenance Technician.pdf
