Quality Inspector - Madison Heights, Michigan Tentative Start Date: Monday April 6, 2026 Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Shift : approximate start-time 6:00am, could be working up to 12-hours shifts, possibly up to seven days per week Scope of the Quality Inspector position: Visually inspecting and gauging titanium and stainless steel plates, with lifting approximately 20-30 lbs. - Training will be provided Summary of the Quality Inspector: Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector: Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations Education and Experience of the Quality Inspector: High School Diploma / GED preferred MUST have good vision Previous automotive inspection preferred Previous experience using gauges is plus Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand for long periods of time Able to read and write A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
