What Will You Be Doing? As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for both guests and team members. Every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to sharpen your culinary skills, including: Setting up equipment and ingredients prior to service Reading and preparing menu items quickly and accurately according to provided recipes Preparing food for team member meals Performing inventory checks on perishable items and notifying leadership of products nearing expiration Assisting with banquet preparation and production to meet client expectations Ensuring coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift Storing food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned What Will You Bring to the Role? We are looking for team-oriented individuals who bring a positive attitude and a desire to grow. Our ideal candidates have: Basic experience in a kitchen setting, including knife skills and sanitation knowledge The ability to follow recipes and instructions from the Chef Familiarity with kitchen equipment and stations An understanding of the importance of food waste control The ability to read orders from the POS system Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What is In It for You?
