Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with neurosurgery experience for a temporary assignment from June 15, 2026 September 8, 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled neurosurgical team in a collaborative inpatient and outpatient setting. Position Details Profession: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Specialty: Neurosurgery Dates Needed: 6/15/2026 9/8/2026 Schedule Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM No call required Practice Setting Inpatient and outpatient care Work Responsibilities Conduct inpatient consults Provide clinic coverage for outpatient visits Perform minor bedside procedures including: Suturing Staple and suture removal Drain removal Patient Load Mix of inpatient consults and follow-up care Support & Supervision Work alongside and be supported by the NJMS neurosurgical group Requirements Board Certification required Active and unrestricted license (state-specific requirements apply) Prior neurosurgery or surgical experience preferred EMR System EPIC This assignment offers a structured weekday schedule with no call, making it ideal for providers seeking a balanced locum opportunity while gaining valuable neurosurgical experience.
