Position Highlights Monday Friday schedule with normal business hoursNo weekendsNo overnight on-call requirementsMinimal after-hours needs unless pre-arranged for specific patient accommodationsSupportive virtual supervisory model offering flexibility and strong work-life balanceMust be fully committed to this role (no dual employment) What You ll Do Provide clinical oversight and care planning for adult infusion patientsManage and monitor intravenous infusion therapiesEvaluate patients for side effects, tolerance, and treatment outcomesCollaborate closely with referring physicians and specialistsImplement care plan changes as directed by providersMaintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMRParticipate in interdisciplinary communication and clinic meetingsSupport an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, concierge-level careBe available for remote clinical support and video consultations as needed Ideal Background Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred over specific licensure backgroundPrior infusion, oncology, specialty pharmacy, or outpatient procedural experience highly desiredStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skillsExcellent bedside manner with a patient-first approachComfortable in a virtual supervisory / remote support capacitySeeking long-term growth in an infusion setting Requirements Master s Degree in NursingActive Nurse Practitioner license in MarylandBLS and ACLS certificationControlled Substance License in MarylandPrevious infusion services experience required10+ years of RN and/or NP experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $145,000+ (flexible for exceptional candidates)15 days PTO3 CME days$3,500 annual conference/CME allowance7 paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving401(k) with up to 4% match80% of medical benefits covered by employerOpportunity to grow with an expanding infusion organization Interview Process Initial virtual interview2 3 total roundsVideo screening required
