Interested in team player who can bring new sales ideas to our agency for growth. Open position for Insurance Sales/TelemarketerFlexible Hours during Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30. . 20-25 hours per week subject to sales expectations met. Part-time with the possibility of full time.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Auto Home and Life Insurance Sales (Hourly + Commission)P&C license preferred or required within 30 days (pay based on licensing status and experience)Sales experience preferredDaily cold calling and prospecting to produce new business leads (Daily minimum quotes and calls required.)Existing book cross selling/ prospecting to cross sell opportunities.Life appointment setting-New business processing, answer phones, payment processing, scanning, policy changes and other administrative and clerical tasks.Requirements:Able to pass a full background check and have a valid driver's licenseReliable transportationPUNCTUALITY and ATTENDANCE a mustBilingual in English & Spanish is a MUSTExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time off Experience:sales or telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:property and casualty license (Preferred) Ability to Commute:El Paso, TX 79936 (Required) Work Location: In person
