Field Merchandiser (CPG Beverage) Location: Denver, CO Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour ($250 Bonus after 2 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: Through July 2026 Work Type: 100% field-based (travel within the Denver market) OLIPOP is a better-for-you soda brand on a mission to make your gut as happy as your taste buds. We're looking for a Temporary Field Merchandiser across Denver-area retail locations to help bring that mission to life on shelves. What You’ll Do Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales. Support key retail account initiatives and maintain compliance with distribution and display standards. Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays. Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and account priorities. Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools. Identify opportunities to improve product placement, distribution, and store-level execution. Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation. What Success Looks Like Performance in this role will be measured by: Execution of account mandates and merchandising standards Reduction of out-of-stock situations (voids) Accurate reporting and CRM compliance Growth in product distribution and in-store visibility Required Qualifications 1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred). Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and drive between locations throughout the day. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route. Preferred Qualifications Experience using field productivity and communication tools such as Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms. Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams. Must be 18 years of age or older.
