Overview: Project Manager will provide advanced project management guidance and support working with the Enterprise Services/Community/Specialty/Health Plan HR teams. The role develops and manages project plans and project documents, including the consolidation or support for: multiple integrations, Health Plan growth activities, HR budget responsibilities, leadership rounding/skip-levels, and all HR Forum, leadership meeting and town hall planning. The roles support consolidation and monitoring of actions driven by engagement survey results, reporting of data related to people goal monitoring, year-end compensation and performance management support, communication and presentation material preparation, HR data & analytics, HR collaboratives, and general support to the SVP, HR and team. Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, strong proficiency (intermediate or above) on MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Knowledge and experience with standard project management methodology.
