Production Administrative Coordinator LHH is seeking a Production Administrative Coordinator to support production scheduling, documentation, and daily administrative operations for a great distribution company in Norcross, GA. This role works closely with production leadership to ensure the right materials, documentation, and schedules are in place to keep operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and interest in manufacturing or production support. Responsibilities Organize, label, and maintain production documents, job packets, and records Print production forms, carton labels, job materials, and supporting documentation Distribute job packets and paperwork to the production floor Support production scheduling, including coordination of machine usage and production timelines Maintain office and production supply inventories; reorder as needed Assist with greeting and coordinating visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers Answer and route incoming calls through the main phone line Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide general administrative support to the Plant Manager and Production Scheduler Qualifications Strong Excel skills (pivot tables preferred) Experience or exposure to SAP Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable supporting scheduling and coordination for production operations Strong communication and follow-through skills Nice-to-Haves Experience in manufacturing, production support, logistics, or inventory coordination Background in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support Exposure to purchasing, inventory, or logistics processes Technical Skills Excel (pivot tables strongly preferred) SAP experience required Experience with production documentation, scheduling, or inventory systems is a plus Job Details In-Office MondayFriday; 7-4:30AM Contract to Hire Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
