Packing & Shipping Associate The Packing & Shipping Associate is responsible for supporting order picking, packing, and shipping of dental electronics and related products in a fulfillment warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and fulfilling customer and internal requirements. It requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Pack customer orders according to transfer orders and work instructions. Ship parcels and freight using designated shipping systems. Verify product and order accuracy throughout packing and shipping steps. Pick products from inventory locations when required. Replenish stock and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to LEAN 5S standards. Meet assigned productivity and accuracy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with warehouse team members. Support overtime or extended hours when required by business needs. Essential Skills Ability to stand and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Basic computer skills including log-in, navigation, and system use. Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety requirements. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior warehouse, packing, or shipping experience. Experience with SAP or RF scanning systems. Familiarity with inventory control processes. Experience handling electronics or regulated products. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operation. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
