Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health/- $5,000 Sign on Bonus!!! Location: Bonsall, CA (North County San Diego) Work Type: PRN / Part-Time (2–3 days/week)- Also open to FT Lite (32 hrs/week) or Full-Time Compensation: $60–$75/hr + paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement + $5,000 sign-on bonus A well-established, mission-driven home health provider is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients across North San Diego County. This role offers true schedule autonomy, clustered visits, and weekday-only flexibility, making it an excellent alternative to school-based or facility roles. Home health experience is not required — the team is focused on finding a licensed SLP who can support this high-need territory. Why SLPs Apply Flexible scheduling — PRN, Part-Time, FT Lite, or Full-Time Weekdays only (no evenings, no weekends) You control your schedule and routing Visits are geographically clustered (you choose which days you’re in each area) Average 3–4 patients per day Paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement $65–$75/hr (can stretch for strong candidates) $5,000 sign-on bonus (PT/PRN) No home health experience required Adult / geriatric-focused caseload Pay & Benefits Available to FT, PT, and PRN: Competitive hourly pay ($65–$75/hr) Paid drive time Mileage reimbursement Paid documentation time 401(k) Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional FT Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA/FSA options Life, disability, and AD&D insurance Pet insurance What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one speech therapy in patients’ homes Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized plans of care Treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Educate patients, caregivers, and families Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Accurately document visits in the home health EMR Participate in case conferences and team collaboration as needed What You Need Active California SLP license CCC-SLP (ASHA) Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program) Experience with adult or geriatric patients Home health experience NOT required New grads welcome Current BLS (CPR) certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Availability for weekday scheduling If you’re an SLP looking for flexibility, autonomy, manageable daily volume, and competitive hourly pay — without school schedules or weekend work — this role offers a refreshing home health option in North County San Diego.
