We are currently partnering with an exceptional district in Hendricks County, IN searching for a dedicated Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This district is seeking a compassionate provider to provide targeted communication support for students aged 3-5 in an academic setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a student-centered team to help children develop foundational speech and language skills, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. Position Details: Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available) in Hendricks County, IN. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-3:30pm Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week Grade Levels: Early Childhood, ages 3-5 Start Date: March 2026 End Date: June 2026 Responsibilities: Provide targeted speech and language therapy services and interventions to preschool-aged children. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to support early language, social, and cognitive development. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for young learners. Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to guide instruction and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services, assessments, and child progress. Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development to promote best practices in preschool speech-language services. Contribute to district initiatives supporting early communication development and inclusive preschool environments. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered. Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Indiana. Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Pathology endorsement in the state of Indiana.
