Pay: $74.87 per hour Job description: A-Line Staffing is now hiring Family Nurse Practitioner – Ballwin, MO position Family Nurse Practitioner – MinuteClinic Location: Ballwin, MO Schedule: 32–40 hours/week | Rotating schedule including every other weekend Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour Clinic Hours: Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sundays: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical care team in delivering evidence-based primary and family care. FNPs work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide quality care to a panel of patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic condition management. This is a patient-facing, safety-sensitive position that supports wellness and improved health outcomes across the community. Candidates must include a completed Nurse Practitioner Candidate Questionnaire on their resume to be considered. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling. Perform wellness exams, screenings , and manage acute and chronic conditions . Promote patient self-care through education on lifestyle and preventive health . Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care . Complete clinic administrative duties : opening/closing, inventory, insurance verification, payments, and follow-up. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patients. Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) Active State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in MO DEA Registration (or must obtain by offer acceptance) COVID-19 Vaccination required prior to start date (unless legally exempt) High school diploma or GED (verifiable) Preferred Experience 1+ year of recent experience as an FNP or PA in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Retail Health A-Line Staffing is now hiring Family Nurse Practitioner – Ballwin, MO position Experience with chronic condition management and understanding of quality measures Bilingual skills are a plus INDJP Provide primary care to patients Serve as a nurse practitioner in skilled nursing centers Make independent health care decisions regarding patient care Provide care and treatment for psychiatric patients Providing patient-focused health care Provide well child care, acute care Providing care for patients in acute and critical care settings Produce care plan for patients Provide wound care to patients Provide primary health care, including preventive care services, for patients Provide primary care and patient education Ensure care coordination and patient centered care Provide comprehensive primary health care to a population of patients Advise patients about continuing care Act as an independent practitioner Treat and care for patients Providing episodic care of patients Provide work related health care services to patients Manage patients for wound care services Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols and current standards for acute care nurse practitioner practice
