Position Overview A high school in Concord, California is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person position supporting a high school caseload of approximately 50–55 students. The SLP will provide speech and language services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate with educational teams to support student communication and academic success. Assignment Details Start Date: August 11, 2026 End Date: June 4, 2027 Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: Approximately 25–40 hours per week (typically 7–8 hours per day; final schedule confirmed during interview) Setting: On-site, high school campus Caseload: Approximately 50–55 students Openings: 1 W-2 Employment: Pay Rate: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour (based on experience) Estimated annual earnings: approximately $93,000 – $108,000 for the school year Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer participation Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills If you’re passionate about helping students succeed and want a schedule that aligns with the academic year, apply today!
