We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and the surrounding areas. In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met. Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures. Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones. Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care. What You Bring: Completion of an accredited RN program. Active Virginia RN license. A heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
