An immediate opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position based in New Orleans, LA for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides hands-on clinical services in a school setting, working onsite with students from PreK through 8th grade. The caseload is either 50-60 students spanning PreK to 8th grade or 55 students from 4th to 8th grade, depending on candidate preference. Key qualifications and skills for this role include: Valid SLP certification and licensure for school-based practice Experience or eligibility with the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Ability to deliver individualized speech and language therapy to school-aged children Strong collaboration skills to work with educators and support staff Commitment to onsite, full-time work at the assigned school location Responsibilities include: Assessing and providing therapy to students with speech and language disorders Managing caseloads of up to 60 students and maintaining detailed records Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with school teams Participating in meetings and ongoing professional development Traveling as required to cover the school site in New Orleans This is a travel assignment offering consistent onsite hours at 37.5 per week during the academic year.
