PRN Infusion Nurse

We are looking for a PRN Infusion Nurse to join our team! This PRN role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible schedule and supplemental income. Assignments will be offered on an as-needed basis, depending on clinic demand. Compensation: $40-$43 Per Hour Competitive per-hour rate DOE (1099 contract - you are responsible for your own taxes) What you'll do: Administer IV medications Provide quality nursing care before, during and immediately after infusions ensuring comfort and safety Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Maintain drug inventory, supplies and equipment. Clean, sanitize, and prepare infusion chairs, equipment, and treatment areas between patients to ensure the highest level of infection control Recognize and act on emergency care needs in the event of respiratory and/or cardiac occurrences. Requirements: Strong IV skills and knowledge of infusion protocols Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and patient care skills Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Registered Nurse with current RN license BLS certification required Minimum of 1 year of infusion experience preferred Knowledge and Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
