Bring a minimum of two years of specialty experience, current BLS certification, and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP credentials to support a broad spectrum of diagnoses, from ICU care to swallowing and cognitive disorders. While prior acute care experience is highly desirable, candidates with strong clinical skills and a proactive mindset will thrive, especially those with MBS/FEES proficiency. The schedule offers daytime hours with weekend commitments and a supportive, interdisciplinary environment that emphasizes professional growth, autonomy, and meaningful patient impact. Requirements: Min of 2 years of experience within specialty. Required BLS. SPL, CCC-SLP Acute Care SLP department, supporting acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital. Supports wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses,including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, dyspahgia, respiratory compromise, cognitive, etc. Candidate w/prior acute care experience definitely desirable; MBS/FEES proficiency is a plus but not required.
