Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Diego, CA, working in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders while supporting patient-centered care. A recruiter will reach out with more details upon application. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active California SLP License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the facility. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with dysphagia management, modified barium swallow (MBS) interpretation, and feeding recommendations preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary documentation preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
