CGP: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $33.00 to $36.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients while maintaining up-to-date billing records Process credit card payments and bank deposits in a secure and timely mannerMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to support collection effortsReconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to payments or chargebacksAssist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accountingProficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExperience preparing AR performance reports and supporting financial auditsFamiliarity with revenue recognition and reserve adjustments for doubtful accounts Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing financial recordsExcellent communication skills for working with clients and internal teamsProven problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve account issuesAbility to work independently while contributing to team objectives Comfortable participating in cross-functional projects and documenting process improvements REF #51059 #LI-DD1
