Job Purpose: Your main responsibility as a Busser is to anticipate the needs of our guests and co-workers. It is vital that when in the dining room, your appearance always be crisp and clean! In fact, this will be important in many areas of your job. The Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant in an efficient and friendly manner while providing exceptional guest service. It is important that the Busser has a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures and can effectively demonstrate them. The Busser must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, top-quality food and follow all Health Department guidelines and codes. Responsibilities: * Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant * Efficiently clearing and cleaning guest tables, chairs, and overall environment * Replenish supplies as needed * Assist servers with drink service and clearing plates as needed * Providing a fantastic first impression and exceptional guest service * Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs * Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests * Responsible to meet all Health Department and maintain standards * Assist team members if needed * Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description Skills/Qualifications: Required: * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of bussing experience preferred * Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace * Ability to obtain and maintain food handler's certification card * Must be able to lift 45 lbs * Excellent customer service skills * Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
