MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in our Dallas office.MG+M is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters. The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Independently manage a litigation caseloadConduct depositionsPrepare witnesses for deposition and trialReview and analyze discovery requests Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motionsTrial preparation and supportMaintain accurate time recordsCandidate Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years' litigation experience. Asbestos and/or product liability litigation experience preferredJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in TexasExperience with motion practice and depositionsExperience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositionsCapable of independent workWork in an organized and efficient mannerSuperior research and writing skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to analyze complex mattersWhy Should You Apply?
