Full Stack Engineer

Position Type: Contract (12 months)Location: New York City (Hybrid)Salary Range: $45-75 (USD)Job ID: 161185About the Role:This role will provide application support to our identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-to-end application, backend systems, tools, and workflows.Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teamsTroubleshoot technical issues across frontend and backend stacksCustomize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflowsHandle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrityEngage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussionsEngage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debuggingRequirements:3+ years experience in software engineering or technical operationsGeneralist with the ability to work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructurePreferred experience in database (mysql) administrationDemonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risksExperience in operational support, especially during launch periodsFluent in English, both written and spokenNice to Have:Experience in logistics platformsMandarin proficiency, as many support tickets and end users communicate in Mandarin.Tech Stack:Programming Languages: Java, Node.js, PHP (legacy systems)Frontend: React.jsOther Tools: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/logging systems (specific tools TBD)Database: MySql, redisMessage queue: KafkaAbout Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
