Fulltime career opportunity for an Electrical Engineer that will support design of consumer electronics products. Company's technology is utilized in award winning products at CES. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly underneath a Sr. Level engineer who is retiring. This engineer will learn high tech IOT applications. There are rarely opportunities available, so this one is special.Responsibilities Include:Support customers during product evaluation, design-in and production ramp-up, including on-site support when requiredTogether with our Business development team promote products during exhibitions and customer visitsDevelop and maintain demonstration, evaluation and starter kits as well as promotional materialCompetitive benchmarking and analysis both through hands-on measurements and analysisContribute to silicon validation of new ICs together with design teamContribution to customer returns analysis in a multi-disciplinary team together with quality, design and test engineers.Building new and maintaining our strong existing links in the RFID community and customer baseSupport the business development team with new product introduction & go-to-market strategy.Qualifications and Requirements:Education: BSEE from an established university; MSEE or advanced coursework preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development (HW/SW) or apps engineeringStrong electronics and/or radio-frequency engineering backgroundExcellent communication and presentation skills, at ease in front of the customerAble to work effectively with local and remote (European) design team members.Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a constructive and data-driven approachAn understanding of RFID systems and communication protocols and, skills in Android and/or iOS app and embedded FW development would be a plusTravel: Approximately 20% of travel to customer sites, trade shows/conferences, and/or parent company located in Europe will be required.Relocation assistance is provided.
