Business Analyst (P&C- Policy- Personal Lines)

Position: Business Analyst (P&C- Policy- Personal Lines) Job Type: Full Time Location: Ewing, NJ Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for software systems implementation. This role will primarily perform Requirements Analysis for existing or new software applications, and also perform some testing activities as required. The role requires: • Excellent analytical reasoning capabilities • Proven proactivity in resolving requirements issues • Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with business reps • Strong understanding of business processes • Experience with Agile methods • Experience with one or more P&C platforms is an advantage (Policy)- Personal Lines • Familiarity with the concepts, tools, techniques, and terminology of IIBA's BABoK™ • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline
