Job Family FAC - Part-Time Faculty, Credit Classes Grade P1 Salary $54.37 - Base Rate Department Hospitality Management Reports To Department Chairperson Closing Date Open until filled FLSA Status Exempt - Not Eligible for Overtime Compensation First Review Date August 04, 2025 Position Overview This Faculty member teaches upper-division Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management courses to students pursuing a Bachelor Degree. What you will be doing Teaches lecture and laboratory sections Evaluates and advises students Develops curricula Maintains department standards Recruits and participates in retention of students Serves on committees Performs other duties as assigned What you need to succeed Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Management; or Master's degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Management and two (2) years of full-time industry work experience in Culinary Arts, Food Service or Hospitality; or Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Management; and two (2) years of full-time industry work experience in Culinary Arts, Food Service or Hospitality.
