Workers Compensation Case Manager

Bilingual Case Manager for a workers compensation law firm located in Irvine CA.This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity paying $25-33/hr, depending on experience. This is an ON-SITE position, hours 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, overtime possible, as needed. Benefits include medical insurance and PTO.Responsibilities:Able to spot issues and analyze cases in high volumes.Opening, filing, and amending applications.Must be able to navigate case from start to finish.Processing and managing workers compensation cases.Reviewing, drafting, and responding to correspondence.Conducting periodic review and evaluation of claim.Maintaining constant contact with client, carrier, DWC, primary doctor, and defense firm.Coordinating doctors and panels.Preparing files for hearing and trials.Drafting and organizing position letters.Rating and settling cases.Researching law.Managing legal assistants.Train Staff.Compassionate and Passionate about fighting for the injured workers.Requirements:The Case Manager must have at least 3-5+ years of experience in workers' compensation law. If you do not have the experience, please do not apply.The candidate must also have exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.The candidate must be able to manage others as well, but will not shy away from gritty work. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and leader.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $33.00 Per Hour
