Maintenance Technician I

Make It Home.As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll be keeping apartments move-in ready, completing everyday maintenance tasks, and making sure our residents feel cared for and safe.What You'll Be Doing: Repair and maintain appliances Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work Maintain and service pool and spa equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness Perform property repairs, including fences, locks, and other security features Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation Complete detail work in units and common areas to ensure they are clean, functional, and move-in readyWhat You'll Bring:High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
