Project Manager - ConstructionLocation: Morrisville, NCOverview:My client is a well-established commercial general contractor in the Raleigh-Durham area seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.Responsibilities:Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are metLead project planning, budgeting, buyout, and subcontractor coordinationServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultantsOversee project schedules, cost reporting, change orders, and pay applicationsCollaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plansMaintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutesProactively identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues as they ariseEnsure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirementsQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractorExperience managing ground-up and/or major renovation commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, and project financialsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levelsProficiency with construction management software and scheduling toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredWhat's Offered:Stable backlog of work in the NC Triangle regionCompetitive compensation package, including salary, bonus, and benefitsSupportive team environment with long-term growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work on high-quality, technically interesting commercial projectsIf interested, please apply, or send a resume to andrew@#IND1
