We are seeking an experienced CAD Drafter to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This job is not remote nor hybrid.)Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day job functionality will require working with AutoCAD and Civil 3D in order to create, maintain, and edit structural, mechanical, civil, and electrical plans for water mains, sewer mains, treatment plants and water storage tanks.Ability to think creatively and visualize in terms of 3D is requiredComplete multiple assignments successfully through strong communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environmentAbility to work in a team setting or independently as necessaryExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to arrive on time daily and work from 8 am - 5 pmRequirementsQualified candidates will have CAD related Associate's Degree (preferred), OR equivalent work experience as a CAD Drafter/TechnicianProficiency with AutoCAD (version 2010 or higher)Proficiency with REVIT Experience with Autodesk Civil 3DPossess strong organizational skills#LI-DH1BenefitsThe comprehensive benefits plan offered by Wilson Engineers exceeds industry standards, and is aimed at meeting each employee's personal and professional expectations.
