Accounting Manager - Leases

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager - Leases to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $175,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activitiesManage the accounting team through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and developmentPerform variance analysis for consolidated financials and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracyReview period-end account reconciliations and reporting packages, and assist departments in understanding resultsLead special projects including lease and fixed asset accounting, Oracle Projects enhancements, and report development Requirements: Exhibit exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skillsWork independently with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learnDemonstrate advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programsTravel occasionally as required to support business needsLead with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in public accounting2+ years of supervisory experience in an accounting leadership roleMaintain an active CPA license and ensure confidentiality and sound judgment in decision-makingCommunicate confidently with external auditors and meet deadlines consistently REF#51137 #LI-DD1
