Head Varsity Flag Football Coach (High School)Opportunity:Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Flag Football Coach for the 2026 spring season at: Propel Braddock Hills High SchoolPropel Andrew St. High SchoolPropel Montour High SchoolSuccessful candidates will have:Prior flag football coaching experiencePreferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certificationMust possess effective coaching technique and skillsMust possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sportResponsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staffResponsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the assistant coach and athletic directorHigh level of personal organization and planningStrong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & familiesWillingness to participate in ongoing professional developmentA commitment to the Promising Principles of PropelRequirements:Up-to-date TB TestAct 34 Criminal ClearanceAct 114 FBI ClearanceAct 151 Child Abuse ClearanceThe stipend amount is $2,000 for the season.
