Regional Operations Manager

Ideal candidate will be managing the operational functions of a commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration in California. This position requires someone dependable, professional, customer service oriented and has great communication skills. Experience in the commercial field is required.Primary Responsibilities:Demonstrating sound knowledge in commercial restoration services such as fire, water, mold remediation and flood restorationExecute and oversee projects in a completed and established time frame, scheduling of jobs, resources, and manage crews.Experience servicing commercial propertiesEnsures productivity and coordination of all staff to meet division goals for quality, profitable operations, and client satisfaction.Guarantee customer's satisfaction in all areas of restoration services performed and provides exceptional Client Services to efficiently resolve all customer complaints.Managing Customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operationsOverseeing all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily production management.Overseeing status of small and large-loss jobs and communicating processes with management and ownership.Maintaining inventory for equipment, vehicles and facilities related maintenance.Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships.Position Requirements:Focus on personal development, team building, and leadership skills is essential.Attention to detail, aptitude for multitasking and calm under pressure.Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers.Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills.Ability to learn quickly and flexible with change and professional challenges.Xactimate experience is required.IICRC Certification is required.Must have current/valid Driver's License.Must be willing to travel 75%Compensation:Base salary between $75,000 - $90,000Commission of net profit on mitigation jobs managed and completedMonthly vehicle allowance
