Salesperson

We're looking for a Salesperson to join our team and play a key role in growing our commercial and residential landscape business. You'll develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.What you'll do:Expand our business by selling new services to existing clients and pursuing new leads.Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Estimate and sell landscape maintenance & design services through base contracts and enhancements.Visit customer properties to assess service delivery and ensure satisfaction.You're a perfect fit if you:Have extensive face-to-face sales experience in the landscaping industry.Can manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a large territory.Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Have a passion for the landscaping industry (preferred).Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).Compensation:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary and a competitive commission rate of of sales to be agreed based on experience.Join The Ground Guys and make a difference in your community!
