About the job Senior Product Designer RRC is a specialized recruiting firm that is partnering with startups to enterprise level companies nationwide. Our partner is Series B startup looking to expand their design team. We're searching for a Sr. Product Designer to own the core product experiences across our dashboard and onboarding flows. You will simplify complex setup, make the UI feel clean and trustworthy, and create a consistent design system that scales. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment with high ownership, light process, and tight iteration loops.Youll partner closely with product and engineering, and collaborate with our existing designer who owns prompt design and AI messaging.
