Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUnder limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:Maintenance - Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.Operates power tools and site mobile equipment Monitor inventory and place orders for restroom supplies, spare plumbing parts and general buildingStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environmentAbility to handle multiple projects with a minimum of directionWeekly inspection of common areas and building amenities and building service areas for burned out lights, needed repairs and safety issuesSound judgement and a high level of work ethicMust have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job dutiesPerforms all work in accordance with company safety proceduresOperates power tools and site mobile equipmentCompletes work orders and timely submit each monthSkills, Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredClean driving record1+ years of related experience in a similar settingPossess basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC Some knowledge of computers preferredTraining for job duties provided by company as requiredWe encourage diverse candidates to applyPart Time- 25 - 30 hours per weekSalary: $20/hr. - $25/hr.The hourly rate is between $20 and $25 per hour, and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $41,600- $52,000 inclusive of required overtimeWorking Conditions: Work performed both inside and outside, sometimes during inclement weather.Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
