The Enterprise Strategy Manager role is a unique opportunity for a sharp, driven individual to participate as a member of the Enterprise Strategy team, focused on delivering high quality analysis and providing strong support for key strategic priorities at Rheem, as well as driving relevant executive-level presentation materials. This individual must have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to be effective in the role and assist Rheem in achieving its strategic goals. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). This highly visible role is designed to be a key member of the Enterprise Strategy team and support high-profile efforts driving key initiatives / priorities across the organization; this includes but is not limited to (1) market / data analysis, (2) strategy development and deployment / planning, (3) project leadership / execution, and (4) materials development and presentation. The Enterprise Strategy Manager role will require you to: * Lead prioritized strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Enterprise Strategy team and other business unit leaders * Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to solve complex business problems from across the Rheem organization * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic initiatives, identify market drivers, enhance current business strategies, and inform key business decisions * Analyze information on markets, channels, customers, competitors, M&A, or partnership/licensing targets * Provide project management for prioritized strategic initiatives and other project support to facilitate the executive decision-making process * Collaborate with senior leadership from across the organization, exhibiting clear and consistent communication and thoughtful engagement styles * Create / conduct financial modeling and develop business cases to evaluate opportunities and targets * Assist with the development and establishment of specific analysis tools relating to markets, channels, customers and prospects * Assist in creation of executive and BOD-level presentation materials * Support the Corporate Development team in due diligence processes; assist in screening, tracking and documentation of targets and progress Additionally, you must be able to: * Work well in a team setting in a fast-moving environment * Work independently and show a high degree of ownership of your work / workstreams * Ensure the execution/implementation of ad hoc projects as requested * Effectively communicate with all levels of management and with others on the Enterprise Strategy team * 7+ years' experience in a relevant role or field * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering * Ability to structure and solve complex business problems, and to develop a defensible thesis supported by relevant research * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities (e.g., Excel, issue prioritization) * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to creatively and effectively design and present information * Ability to work effectively on a high-energy team, with a dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and ability / flexibility to adapt to new challenges ideas * Ability to support multiple projects and manage time effectively * Ability to work well independently * Strong desire / willingness to learn * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualification: * Strong record of success and initiative in your current / past role * Show strong interest in understanding Rheem's businesses and competitive dynamics #LI-AT1 #LI-Onsite At Rheem, we engineer products for life.
