Hadco Metal is searching for a resourceful HR Generalist to join our HR team. Someone passionate about people to lead our recruitment effort, but also a workforce wizard to wear many hats to assist with full-cycle HR support in our Claremore, OK location. This is a hybrid work position (3 days in office, 2 days remote).ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruiting lifecycle across a plethora of role types including warehouse operation, sales and administrative support. This includes pre-screening and presenting qualified candidates to the hiring manager, scheduling interviews, facilitating offer letters, initiating background check and drug screens. Additionally serving as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure the employee has a positive experience and is ready to begin as a new team member at HadcoUse innovative sourcing strategies to find strong candidates for hard-to-fill positionsDevelop and implement recruitment strategies that meet organizational needs and comply with federal, state and company regulationsNew employee orientation in our Oklahoma facilityAddress any issues raised by current or newly hired employees in our Claremore, OK facilityEnsure compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment law. Ability to interpret and explain policies, procedures and regulationsUse social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are updated and comprehensiveRequirementsRequired:.Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a corporate or agency recruiterStrong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures including familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Time management, strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.Willingness to take initiative on a variety of tasks and projectsStrong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read and write EnglishKnowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably PaylocityPreferred:BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field or 3+ years progressive experience in HRFamiliarity of employment laws for federal and states including OK, CA, NY and PAPHR or CPTD certifications, preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of the metals industry or manufacturing industryWork Environment: Hybrid work. Office setting three days per week in our Claremore, OK facility. Two days per week work from home
