Process Technician (Injection Molding) - 2nd Shift (Onsite Only) Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653 Shift: 2nd Shift (M-F, 2:30PM - 10:30PM) Onsite Only - No Remote Option About the Role We're seeking a skilled Process Technician to ensure smooth production flow and mold preparation for injection molding operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll set up molds, troubleshoot machines, and maintain process parameters to deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters. * Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines; Kuka robots; Piovan systems). * Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently. * Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards. * Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time. * Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements. What We're Looking For * Education: High School Diploma or GED required. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting. * Skills: * Strong understanding of injection molding processes. * Ability to operate overhead cranes and handle mold lifting equipment safely. * Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude. * Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift. * Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
