Raleigh, NC 27615 Work Schedule: On-site Starting rate: $40/, Based on experience Responsibilities:Electro-Mechanical Lab Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Electro-Mechanical Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, and experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This role involves hands-on assembly, electronics soldering, and playing a pivotal role in identifying and executing process improvements. A Mechanical or electromechanical background is highly desirable. CAD experience is a bonus. This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience, but we also welcome applications from individuals with extensive experience who are interested in part-time work. Support includes physical and remote installation, maintenance and support of a wide variety of network related technologies. Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting network issues with customers, both onsite and phone support. Responsibilities: Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices and components. Perform electronics soldering tasks. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. follow GDP and GLP guidelines to ensure accurate documentation and compliance. Identify and execute process improvements to enhance lab efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment, including environmental chambers, vibration testers, and oscilloscopes. Assist in the development and implementation of lab protocols and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve processes and product designs. Document procedures and results according to industry standards. Qualifications include: Undergraduate Degree or Certificate; Excellent customer service skills; and Demonstrated experience supporting customers with network issues.Essential Skills: Lead Self Time Management Digital Acumen Problem Solving Emotional Intelligence Resiliency Communication Lead Others Leadership Collaboration Project Management Motivate & Influence Physical Requirements This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally.
