As a Housekeeper your Compensation Package & Benefits Include: Generous wage (including shift differential if applicable) Insurance including Medical Dental and Vision Supplemental Benefits including Aflac 401K Paid-Time Off Premium Holiday Pay Sign on Bonus  To Qualify as a Housekeeper Aid: High school graduate or equivalent Prior experience working with the elderly population Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred Empathy and care for those that need help Effective communication skills Some of Your Responsibilities as a Housekeeper Include: Performs resident room cleaning and discharge cleaning including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures Replenishes soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies as needed Keeps housekeeping carts stocked Collects, Clean and Delivers Resident Laundry both to and from resident Follows daily project assignments.
