In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers! Essential Functions: Participate in the development and integration of mission planning and scheduling systems for space operations. Conduct software testing to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system requirements and resolve technical issues. Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user manuals. Modeling and Simulation Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements in the Space C2 domain. Management of requirements. Ability to lead a technical scrum team. Travel as needed (a minimum of 10% travel expected). Works under general supervision. Qualifications: Clearance: TS/SCI Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field Experience with mission planning and scheduling systems Experience in software development, testing and validation Experience with astrodynamics concepts and applications Experience in testing and troubleshooting systems Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in the Space C2 domain Experience with Scala, Matlab SDA domain experience Experience with MBSE techniques to support system design and development Strong written and verbal communication Experience working successfully both independently and in a team environment through an entire build cycle Self-motivated learner/self-starter Screening Questions Do you have a Top Secret clearance or Higher? If you do not have a CI Poly, are you willing and able to sit for a CI Poly?
