This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial planning through to completion while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational planning and execution of single-family home building projects.Develop and implement strategies for financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation.Enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and quality of construction projects.Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of success and accountability.Oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational processes.Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall company objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in operations management within the home building industry.Proven track record of strategic planning and financial analysis.Strong understanding of budgeting processes and cost management.Experience in process improvement initiatives and methodologies.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory compliance in construction.Excellent client relations and negotiation skills.Familiarity with property management and real estate principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus: 150k -200k annually RelocationTelecommute
