JOB DESCRIPTION Legal & Regulatory Change Coordinator – Card Services (Associate) Location: 201 N Walnut St, Floor 05, Wilmington, DE 19801 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 40% Onsite / 60% Remote Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Pay Rate: $48.57/hr W2 Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours Position Overview The Card Services – Business Practices – Legal Regulatory Change Coordinator (Associate) supports the legal and regulatory change management framework within Card Services. This role is responsible for legal obligation mapping, regulatory and policy impact analysis, procedure governance, and structured change implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management and process mapping expertise, along with hands-on experience using Alteryx and Jira to support workflow management, reporting, and change tracking. This position also requires experience with Tableau and Python to support technical reporting, data automation, and analytics initiatives. This role requires strong governance discipline, analytical rigor, and the ability to collaborate across legal, compliance, risk, and operational stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support daily, weekly, and monthly legal and regulatory change management activities Perform legal obligation mapping and assess business impacts of regulatory or policy changes Conduct structured process mapping and workflow documentation to support change implementation Manage project deliverables using formal project management methodologies and tracking tools Utilize Jira to track change initiatives, issues, milestones, and workflow progress Leverage Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and reporting support Develop and support reporting dashboards and automation using Tableau and Python Provide awareness and structured communication regarding regulatory, legal, and policy updates Support procedure change governance and documentation controls Perform data processing, quality control (QC), and governance validation activities Identify risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within regulatory change processes Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality completion Support project-based and cross-functional transformation initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in project management, including planning, tracking, and execution Proven experience with process mapping and workflow documentation Hands-on experience with Alteryx (data transformation and reporting support) Hands-on experience with Jira (workflow tracking and project coordination) Experience using Tableau and Python for reporting, analytics, and automation Strong ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in business management, controls, governance, or regulatory functions Preferred Skills Experience within financial services, banking, or card services Exposure to legal, compliance, or regulatory change management frameworks Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to interpret regulatory language and translate it into operational impacts Additional Information Contract Extension: No Conversion to FTE: No Overtime / Off-Hours: Not expected
