Manager, Software Engineering - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Deliver the next generation of technology solutions, while working to elevate engineering practices and team capability; coach the team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain NIKE's technology; ensure NIKE is delivering sustainable technology by being hands-on: doing peer reviews and providing technical direction; align engineering resources to support product outcomes; partner with program, product and engineering peers to ensure we are aligning appropriate technology outcomes with prioritized leadership initiatives; engage with the engineers on our collaborative DevOps squads to plan and deliver outcomes where security, reliability, and performance globally at scale are expected; and collaborate with other organizational leaders to ensure team health is high, and that team is building trust and diversity in the Nike Global Technology Organization. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or an Engineering-related occupation.
